The Commercial Real Estate Marketing (CREM) Network is a Colorado-based nonprofit organization committed to supporting commercial real estate professionals through education, networking, and collaboration. Founded to create a structured and dynamic platform for connection and business growth, CREM brings together Commercial Real Estate Brokers and Vendor Affiliates to share opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen industry relationships.
Since 2021, Cinnamon Trimmer has served as President & Chairperson of the Board for CREM, leading the organization with vision and purpose. Under her leadership, CREM has expanded its reach and impact across Colorado’s commercial real estate community—creating a vibrant environment where professionals thrive. A respected speaker, mentor, and advocate, Cinnamon shares her expertise at national conferences and industry events, inspiring professionals in commercial real estate, finance, and business ownership. Known for her proactive, excellence-driven approach, she continues to drive CREM’s mission to connect, educate, and empower the commercial real estate community.
To support this mission, CREM hosts monthly in-person meetings where brokers present commercial property listings and vendors highlight their specialized services. These gatherings serve as a valuable resource for staying current on market trends, building meaningful partnerships, and facilitating successful transactions.
